Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide (Year Round)

The instructional aide is responsible for direct student care, focusing on assisting with educational needs, therapeutic/Behavioral support, and hygiene as required. This role involves collaborating with the classroom teacher to discuss daily activities, academics, and behavioral concerns, and submitting required instructional and behavior data.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with eligibility for the instructional aide license through the state of wisconsin dpi. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and ideally have at least one year of experience working with special needs students.
