Key duties include assisting with daily living tasks, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and fostering positive behavior through proactive strategies.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and complete required behavioral tech training shortly after hiring.
