Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team environment, while also meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 21 or older, have a high school diploma or ged, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
