ES Special Education Teacher (LTS) - Grade 3 (IMMEDIATE OPENING)

The substitute teacher is responsible for delivering consistent and effective instruction by implementing and adapting lesson plans to meet diverse student needs. Key duties include maintaining classroom discipline, fostering a positive learning environment, assessing student progress, and collaborating with staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and hold a valid massachusetts teaching license appropriate for the subject area, especially for assignments exceeding 90 days. Prior teaching experience and strong classroom management skills are preferred.
