ES Second Grade Special Education Teacher

The teacher will provide individualized and group instruction to students with disabilities, developing and implementing individualized education plans (Ieps) while adhering to massachusetts dese guidelines. Key duties include attending iep meetings, collaborating with general education teachers, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in special education or a related field, along with massachusetts dese certification as a special education teacher preferred, or comparable mtel requirements. A mandatory requirement is the sei endorsement, current authorization to work in the us, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
