Core responsibilities
The teen program staff will be responsible for providing supervision, leadership, and motivation for youth in teen programs while instructing participants in various activities. Key duties include monitoring the facility to ensure a safe environment and developing and facilitating teen leadership clubs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally possess previous experience working with youth aged 13 to 19. Applicants must also be able to pass background and reference checks and commit to promoting diversity and inclusion.
