Substitute - Program Leader - BASE

The program leader is responsible for assisting the director and assistant director in supervising children during programs and unstructured activities, while also developing positive community relations. This role involves planning and implementing activities that foster skill development, exploration, self-Worth, and community contribution among children.

Candidates must be at least eighteen years old and demonstrate the ability to work with children, possessing either three months of verified experience supervising four or more children over four years old, or a current early childhood professional credential level i or higher. Required certifications include first aid & cpr from the american heart association and osha universal precautions training.
