The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children in their homes, implementing individualized aba treatment plans to teach communication, daily living, and social skills. This role also requires collecting data and collaborating with supervising board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas) while supporting families through training and communication.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience working with children who have autism or developmental disabilities and demonstrate strong skills in communication, time management, and organization. Reliable personal transportation to client homes in the service area is also a mandatory requirement.
