Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Pilsen

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 2-8 with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) to help them develop essential communication, social, and daily-Living skills. Therapists will implement individualized programs designed by bcbas, collect data, and actively partner with families to celebrate progress and address challenges.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance. The position requires high energy, the physical ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds, and a commitment to learning and professional feedback.
