Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cicero

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) to help them develop essential communication, social, and daily-Living skills. This involves implementing individualized therapy programs designed by bcbas, meticulously collecting data, and actively participating in team strategy discussions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance, with the ability to travel to support other clinics if needed. The role requires high energy, physical capability (Bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 pounds), and a positive, collaborative attitude ready to embrace training and feedback.
