Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Hermosa

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) to help them develop essential communication, social, and daily-Living skills. Responsibilities include implementing individualized therapy programs designed by bcbas, collecting data, and actively engaging children through creative, play-Based methods while partnering with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance, with the ability to travel to other clinics if needed. The role requires high energy, physical capability (Bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 pounds), a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to punctuality and learning.
