Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Mount Greenwood

The behavior therapist will work one-On-One with young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) to help them develop essential communication, social, and daily-Living skills. This involves implementing individualized therapy plans designed by bcbas, meticulously collecting data, and actively engaging children through play and movement.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance, with the ability to travel to other clinics if needed. The role requires high energy, the physical ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds, and a commitment to punctuality and taking feedback.
