Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring them to be 18+ with a high school diploma or ged. The role demands significant physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements.
