Center-Based Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba using evidence-Based techniques. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring them to be 18+ with a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, along with being bilingual in spanish.
