Speech Language Therapist / SLP (Home Health)

Conduct thorough speech-Language evaluations and develop personalized plans of care for patients with communication disorders. Provide therapy and coordinate care with other clinical team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Candidates must have a master's degree in speech-Language pathology and a certificate of clinical competence in speech-Language pathology (Ccc-Slp). A state license to practice and at least one year of clinical experience in speech-Language pathology are also required.
