Hospice RN Admissions Nursing Preceptor (RN)

The preceptor acts as a teacher/Coach and leader/Influencer, expanding knowledge by sharing expertise, promoting learning, and exemplifying strategic focus pillars like growth and clinical improvement. They also serve as a facilitator, defining expectations, assessing learning needs, and developing tailored orientation schedules for new hires.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting, and 1 year of required hospice experience. A valid driver's license, current state licensure, and cpr certification are mandatory.
