The teacher is responsible for advancing the spiritual and emotional development of every student by thoughtfully integrating scripture and christian principles into all subject areas while faithfully executing curriculum standards. Essential functions include demonstrating deep content knowledge, designing assessments to guide instruction, differentiating learning to meet diverse needs, and maintaining strong classroom management.

Candidates must acknowledge christ as savior, support the lmcm mission, and adhere to the statement of faith, demonstrating spiritual flourishing. Educationally, a bachelor's degree in elementary education or a related field is required, with acsi certification preferred or obtainable within the first semester.
