21st Century Teacher Assistant

The teacher's assistant will implement the day-To-Day programming for the 21st century learning center afterschool sites, focusing on instruction using the bellxcel program curriculum, homework help, and academic enrichment. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to youth development policies and collaborating with staff and parents to foster student success.

Candidates should ideally possess 1-2 years of experience facilitating out-Of-School-Time programming, preferably with underserved communities, and demonstrate proficiency in elementary math and literacy. Applicants must commit to teamwork, building relationships, and must obtain cpr and first aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
