Minister - Middle School Teacher 26/27

Teachers are responsible for advancing the spiritual and emotional development of every student by thoughtfully integrating scripture and christian principles into all subject areas while faithfully executing curriculum standards. Key duties include excellent classroom management, consistent parent communication, monitoring student progress via diagnostic assessments, and preparing lesson plans for 2-3 different subjects weekly.

Candidates must be mature christian educators who acknowledge christ as savior, support the lmcm mission, and agree with the statement of faith, demonstrating spiritual flourishing. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field, with prior teaching experience necessary if instructing grades 7 or 8, and acsi certification is preferred or must be obtained quickly.
