Infant and Preschool Teachers

The role involves creating joyful, hands-On learning experiences to foster confident and curious children while building strong relationships with their families. Teachers will plan engaging lessons, nurture social-Emotional growth, ensure child safety, and maintain open communication with parents.

Candidates must possess either an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field, or have 5+ years of experience working with young children, with an nc early childhood credential being preferred. Essential qualities include a genuine love for early childhood education, warmth, patience, reliability, and composure under pressure.
