Direct Support Professional / DSP

The role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving goals by assisting with everyday living tasks, including transition to employment activities like job training and task analysis, and supporting recreational and independence skill development.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate's degree is preferred, along with two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities being preferred. Candidates must possess a valid north carolina driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check.
