Behavior Technician (BT)

Behavior technicians will work directly with children in 1

1 settings to implement treatment plans, focusing on building communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior throughout sessions and documenting session notes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred, and must be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Essential qualities include strong communication, professionalism, patience, flexibility, and reliability, with no prior aba experience required.
