Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work directly with children in 1

1 settings to implement treatment plans designed by bcbas, focusing on building communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include delivering individualized teaching, collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior, documenting session notes, and collaborating with families and supervising clinicians.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred, and demonstrate strong communication and professionalism. A willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and the ability to remain positive, flexible, and patient while working with children of varying needs are essential.
