RN CCA Education Development Specialist

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and providing education for disease and case management teams, including onboarding new employees during orientation and supporting the annual training plan. The specialist collaborates with leadership to create educational opportunities focused on achieving departmental mission and strategic results.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing, experience in a healthcare setting, and three to five years of experience in instructional design or training development. Candidates must also possess excellent computer skills, strong project management abilities, and knowledge of adult learning theory.
