Lead Summer Tutor/Mentor (Student Worker Paraprofessional Senior)

This position is responsible for providing leadwork direction to the tutor/Mentors while also acting as a tutor/Mentor to high school students participating in a five-Week academic and cultural summer program at central lakes college. The role supports students aiming for postsecondary education goals while they reside in a campus residence hall for the duration of the program.

Minimum qualifications require at least two years of post-Secondary education and current enrollment in secondary, post-Secondary, or graduate study programs. Candidates should possess knowledge of upward bound, residential hall, or camp counselor programming, along with the ability to guide work activities and communicate effectively.
