Summer Tutor/Mentor (Student Worker Paraprofessional)

This position is responsible for tutoring and mentoring high school students in grades 9-12 who are participating in the five-Week upward bound summer program at central lakes college. The role supports students attending academic and cultural experiences designed to foster postsecondary educational goals while they reside in a campus residence hall.

Minimum qualifications require at least one year of post-Secondary education and current enrollment in secondary, post-Secondary, or graduate study programs. Candidates should possess knowledge of upward bound, residential hall, or camp counselor programming, along with the ability to communicate effectively and guide work activities.
