Librarian/Informational Studies

This position is responsible for managing the library’s day-To-Day operations, including electronic resources, acquisitions, cataloging, and discovery platforms, while also sharing reference and instruction duties with the library team. As faculty, responsibilities also include department work, student learning assessment, and professional development.

The minimum requirement is a master’s degree in library science or an equivalent degree by the time of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience in academic libraries, college teaching, instructional design, and specific experience with library acquisitions, vendor negotiation, and digital platforms like alma and ezproxy.
