Program Guide - Full Time

Program guides are responsible for the direct supervision, safety, health, and wellbeing of residents while implementing the program curriculum and facilitating weekly therapeutic treatment plans. The primary purpose involves learning the program and necessary skills while supporting the program guide team under management direction.

Candidates must maintain current cpr/First aid certification (In-Person training required) and an nvci certification provided by the company, along with passing background checks and drug screening. A bachelor's degree in relevant fields or a minimum of two years of related experience is desired, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.
