Behavior Intervention Specialist

The specialist will provide comprehensive behavioral services, including assessment, evaluation, consultation, intervention, and the development of behavioral management and service plans. This role also involves providing education and training pertinent to behavioral, psychological, and associated services.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a closely related clinical/Psychology field approved by opwdd, along with bcba certification or nys mental health counseling license and specialized training. A minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including behavior support plan development and monitoring, is required, as is a valid nys driver's license.
