Bilingual (Spanish) Education & Employment Specialist

The employment specialist serves as the liaison between clients and employers within the kickstart program, providing education and employment support services to youth aged 10 to 25 to promote recovery and independence. Key duties include delivering job readiness training, coordinating vocational opportunities, and maintaining accurate client records to ensure successful placement and sustained outcomes.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in job coaching, development, or educational services, or alternatively, five or more years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and knowledge of job coordination for transitional age youth are also required.
