Core responsibilities
The coordinator will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and continuing education programs to ensure staff success, focusing on engagement, effectiveness, and compliance with standards. Key duties include delivering training on crisis prevention and policies, coordinating schedules, monitoring certifications, maintaining records, and developing/Revising training content.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, human services, human resources, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or staff development, preferably with knowledge of dhs 83 regulations. Strong presentation, organizational, and microsoft office skills are required, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-Paced environment.
