Employment Training Specialist

The specialist will work in the community to match adults with disabilities to desired employment opportunities by networking with employers and providing disability awareness training. Key duties include managing a caseload, developing workshops, assisting clients with job applications and interviews, and maintaining accurate compliance records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and reside in atlantic, camden, gloucester, or burlington county in southern jersey. Essential qualifications include tech proficiency, experience working with individuals with disabilities, strong communication, and a commitment to inclusion.
