Core responsibilities
The consultant will develop, implement, and monitor individual service plans (Isps) aimed at competitive employment for participants, while also assisting them with job seeking skills, resume preparation, and developing competitive worker characteristics. Responsibilities also include building relationships with community employers and maintaining accurate program files according to state and carf standards.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an associate's degree with two years of practical work experience or professional certification, along with required rss training and experience. Applicants need experience working with adults with disabilities, general computer proficiency, good organizational and interpersonal skills, and a satisfactory driving record with access to a reliable vehicle.
