Employment Services Consultant DMHAS

The consultant will develop, implement, and monitor individual service plans (Isps) aimed at helping participants achieve competitive employment in community job settings. Key duties include assisting participants with job-Seeking skills, building employer relationships, and maintaining accurate program documentation according to state and accreditation standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an associate's degree with two years of relevant work experience or professional certification. Required qualifications include experience working with adults with employment barriers, general computer proficiency (Microsoft office, outlook, teams), and a satisfactory driving record with access to an insured vehicle.
