Job Coach

The job coach will provide coaching, training, and support to program participants with disabilities at their work sites to promote job maintenance and independence. Responsibilities also include observing and reporting on employment engagement, identifying accommodation needs, completing required documentation, and providing necessary transportation.

Candidates should ideally have experience in human services or a related field, and a high school diploma is preferred. Applicants must possess a satisfactory driving record, a current driver's license, reliable insured vehicle access for frequent in-State driving, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; first aid and cpr certification is required (Training available post-Hire).
