Job Development Specialist Part-time

The specialist will develop relationships with prospective employers to create job placement opportunities for individuals with disabilities, working one-On-One to secure appropriate employment settings. Responsibilities also include providing training, mentoring, and support to a team of senior employment specialists.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass criminal record, healthcare registry, and driving record checks if providing transportation. An associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing and/Or sales is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
