Teacher Assistant Summer Program

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the teacher in implementing daily activities for students, including supporting special education students to meet ifsp/Iep goals. Responsibilities also involve performing routine procedures like positioning, diapering, feeding, maintaining a clean classroom, and ensuring constant student engagement and supervision.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and preference is given to those with one year of experience in childcare or working with special education students. Applicants must also be enrolled in or successfully acquire north carolina early childhood credentials within six months of hire.
