Camp Junior Counselor

The camp junior counselor must ensure the health, safety, and well-Being of school-Age children by providing constant supervision and assisting in planning and implementing structured, age-Appropriate activities across various developmental areas. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate program documentation and promoting an inclusive, welcoming environment consistent with the ymca's core values.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and currently attending high school, although a high school diploma is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth is preferred, along with strong communication and relationship-Building skills.
