Parent Development Coach

The parent development coach provides coaching and support services to parents and guardians of at-Risk youth, equipping them with necessary tools and skills to create stable home environments. This role involves meeting with clients, delivering trained treatment modalities, and maintaining accurate documentation of all sessions and plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and possess reliable transportation with a good driving record. Educationally, applicants must currently be pursuing or hold a 4-Year degree in a related field like psychology, social work, or counseling.
