Family Support Specialist

The family support specialist will provide home visitation services to pregnant and parenting families with children aged 0-5, utilizing the growing great kids curriculum to promote positive parent-Child interactions and healthy development. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, developing family goal plans, teaching parenting skills, assisting families with community resources, and providing crisis intervention.

Candidates must have experience working with or providing services to children and families, demonstrating an open and humble approach to diverse populations. Essential requirements include strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, self-Direction, knowledge of child development, and a valid driver's license for local travel.
