After School Program- Student Aide

The student aide will provide one-On-One support, including interpreting instructions and physical assistance, for a student with special needs to ensure their success in the after-School program daily. They will also support the student's needs within the group environment, adapt materials and activities, and encourage social interaction and emotional learning.

Candidates must commit to the full academic school year, working monday through friday until 6:00 pm, and must possess either an aa degree or higher, 48+ college credits, or pass the sfusd ia exam. Essential requirements include the ability to communicate professionally, passing a criminal background check, and having tb clearance, with experience working with elementary or neurodivergent youth preferred.
