The specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a safe and emotionally supportive environment for youth. Key duties include creating, planning, and executing lesson plans that align with school day learning and collaborating with youth to support their development using a youth-Driven curriculum.

Requirements summary

Minimum requirements include an associate degree or higher, 48 or more college units, or a high school diploma/Ged plus passing the instructional aide exam, along with passing a criminal background check and providing negative tb clearance. Candidates must be available monday through friday afternoons until 6 p.m. And demonstrate a commitment to social justice and youth development.
