ABA Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with a child in their home, using play to teach communication and socialization skills, and helping them master daily life skills. Responsibilities also include tracking progress to celebrate milestones with guidance from a bcba mentor.

Candidates must have completed the 40-Hour rbt training course and be ready to sit for the rbt exam, for which mentorship will be provided. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, are required.
