Physical Therapist - Full-time

The physical therapist is responsible for competent evaluation and treatment of patients regarding mobility, function, strength, and positioning, while collaborating with families, physicians, and other team members. Duties also include maintaining professional documentation and conducting ongoing in-Service training for facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.

Candidates must possess a b.s., master's, or dpt in physical therapy and be licensed in the state(S) where services are provided. Essential functions include timely patient evaluation, developing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and achieving productivity standards.
