Community Coach (Part-Time) [Monday-Friday (8:30am-6:00pm)] [Long Beach Center]

The community coach will guide individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in the community, focusing on fostering independence and skill-Building aligned with their person-Centered plans. This involves building supportive relationships, encouraging active engagement, advocating for respectful treatment, and developing/Implementing individual service plans.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with 1-2 years of experience providing case management services to individuals with disabilities. A valid california driver's license with a clean record is mandatory, and proficiency in conflict resolution and computer skills is necessary.
