Educational Coach (Full-Time) [M-Th (8:00am-4:30pm)] [College To Career Programs]

The educational coach will provide coaching, training, and guidance to individuals with intellectual and/Or developmental disabilities to achieve success in post-Secondary education or community integration, focusing on transitioning into community employment. Primary duties involve supporting activities like volunteerism, inclusion, transportation skills, and relationship building while encouraging client independence.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3 years of college experience and the ability to use computers for word-Processing, data entry, and spreadsheets. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in case management or activity planning for individuals with disabilities, and strong office management skills.
