Community Coach (Part-Time) [Monday-Friday (8:30am-2:30pm & 12:00pm-5:00pm)] (East Los Angeles Center)

The community coach will guide individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in community settings, focusing on fostering independence and skill-Building aligned with person-Centered plans. This involves building supportive relationships, advocating for participants, implementing service plans, and meticulously documenting progress.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Candidates must be able to provide physical assistance, including lifting/Transferring, and must be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
