The overnight child care worker will serve as a consistent presence for children and teens who have experienced trauma, helping to establish structure, safety, and security within a residential environment. Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with some higher education preferred, and demonstrate sufficient maturity and experience working with children.
