Literacy facilitator

The facilitator will work with youth and adults to improve literacy and basic skills across various interest areas, preparing and presenting lessons based on participant assessments. Key tasks include conducting interest surveys, collaborating with communities, monitoring progress, and developing differentiated lesson plans for individualized or group instruction.

Candidates need 60+ approved credits or a bachelor's degree in a related field like education or counseling, with 2+ years of equivalent work experience preferred. Required abilities include motivation, research skills, organization, time management, workshop delivery, and knowledge of teaching principles and the english language.
