Social worker

The social worker monitors and assesses the integral health of participants through continuous interaction, providing psychosocial and socioemotional development support via workshops and educational experiences. Responsibilities also include visiting schools and homes to build community links and offering follow-Up to individual interventions.

A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, sociology, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with a required social work license. Candidates need one or more years of experience working with communities, students, or adolescents, and knowledge in areas like administration, education, psychology, and customer service.
